GradMate.ai provides AI-powered study-abroad and graduate admission tools through gradmate.ai, including application documents (SOPs, LORs, personal statements, cover letters and emails), test preparation (IELTS, PTE, GRE and SAT), program, faculty and assistantship research, AI profile consultation and interview practice.
Content generated by our AI tools may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any content before using or submitting it, and for following each institution's policies on the use of AI.
Our Services help students prepare their applications and test performance. We do not guarantee admission, test scores, funding or any specific outcome.
By purchasing and using credits on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
Credits are digital units with no cash value
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy
You will use credits responsibly and in line with these Terms
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account, including credit usage.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and using the Services.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair them.
The content, features and functionality of the Services are owned by GradMate and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide the Services to you.
Our Services run on credits. You buy a credit pack and spend credits on any feature. Each feature has a fixed credit cost, shown on our pricing page before you use it.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and US Dollars (USD) on our pricing page
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
Credits are valid for the period stated in the plan you purchase
Unused credits that expire are restored to your balance when you make your next purchase

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees.
Payments are completed on the secure pages of SSLCommerz or Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, wallet PIN or banking password.
Delivery: credits are added to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment. If your payment went through but credits do not appear within 24 hours, contact support@gradmate.ai with your transaction ID.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy or where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
GradMate.AI does not allow third-party advertisements on GradMate.ai. If any third-party advertisement appears on our website, GradMate.AI is solely responsible for it.
GradMate.AI is solely responsible for any customer information it shares with a third party, including payment processors and other service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, GradMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
